Fixed-Frame Inter-Row Cultivator with Fertilizer
SİSSAN Fixed-Frame Inter-Row Cultivator with Fertilizer
Available in 3- and 5-unit configurations, it performs inter-row cultivation and fertilizer application in a single pass.
Rear- or front-ground-drive-wheel models with spring or rigid tines are available for different field conditions.
Cultivating and Fertilizing in a Single Pass
Available in 3- and 5-row-unit configurations, it clears the inter-row area,
cultivates the soil and delivers fertilizer precisely alongside the crop rows.

Clean, Stable Cultivation Between Crop Rows
The SİSSAN Fixed-Frame Inter-Row Cultivator with Fertilizer combines
inter-row cultivation and fertilizer application in a single implement
for maize, sunflower, cotton, peanuts, soybeans and similar row crops.
The cultivator tines cut weeds and break the compacted surface crust.
Applying fertilizer during the same pass reduces the need for a separate
field operation, saving both time and fuel.
Strong Fixed Frame
Provides a stable, robust and long-lasting supporting structure
capable of withstanding the loads encountered during field operation.
Controlled Fertilizer Application
The application rate can be adjusted according to crop nutrient
requirements and field conditions.
Precise Inter-Row Cultivation
When correctly adjusted, it helps remove weeds without damaging
the crop rows.
3- and 5-Unit Options
A 3- or 5-unit model can be selected according to the planting layout,
field size and tractor capacity.

Four Configurations for Different Field Conditions
The machine is available in four configurations based on the position
of the fertilizer ground-drive wheel and the type of cultivator tine.
This allows the most suitable model to be selected for the farm’s working
practices and field conditions.
Spring Tines with Rear Ground-Drive Wheel
Combines a rear-mounted fertilizer ground-drive wheel with spring
tines that adapt to uneven field surfaces.
Spring Tines with Front Ground-Drive Wheel
Features a front-mounted fertilizer ground-drive system and flexible
spring tines for adapting to different field conditions.
Rigid Tines with Rear Ground-Drive Wheel
Provides a simple, durable and direct-working configuration with a
rear ground-drive wheel and rigid cultivator tines.
Rigid Tines with Front Ground-Drive Wheel
A robust configuration featuring rigid cultivator tines and a
fertilizer ground-drive wheel positioned at the front.
Controlled Fertilizer Placement Along the Crop Row
Fertilizer from the hopper is directed to the selected placement area through
distribution hoses. Fertilizer covering wings help incorporate the applied
fertilizer into the soil and reduce the amount left exposed on the surface.
Durable fertilizer metering units and their internal gear mechanism are designed
for intensive field use. The fertilizer-rate adjustment mechanism allows the
application rate to be set easily before operation.

Spring-Tine or Rigid-Tine Options
On spring-tine models, the tines flex when encountering compacted soil and
uneven surfaces, helping reduce impact loads. This design provides improved
adaptability, particularly in variable field conditions.
Rigid-tine models provide a reliable alternative for prepared and more uniform
soils, with a simple construction, direct working action and ease of use.
The number of units, front or rear ground-drive wheel, and spring-tine or rigid-tine
configuration should be selected according to crop row spacing, soil conditions
and tractor capacity.
